I like the Valentina too. They also make a hotter version that's good. Also, I haven't tried all of these, but the three I have tried are quite good. I like the black one the best.6 · -

I have an 8" grid that fits directly on the coals. Only did it once years ago, but it worked well. You can also go commando and just throw the meat on the coals. But yeah, plenty of people do wh…1 ·
